Message Did you get a leakdown test done before you deployed?

You mentioned earlier that $$ is an issue~

The Z I just bought has low compression, 159k miles. I'd be happy to drop in a long-block from Kyle, but I am forcing myself to further diagnose the problem.

Block: rings, cylinder worn, cracked piston, cracked cylinder

Heads: valves, valve springs push-rods, camshaft, lifters.

If your block is good, you could save a lot of money by rebuilding or buying rebuilt heads from Kyle. Like you said, there is a lot out there to learn!

I'll keep you posted as my project progresses.
